I conducted a three-step approach:

  1. Problem identification based on internal focus group involving operations and logistics team discussion insights,

  2. Platform conceptualization informed by these insights,

  3. Designing and user testing to validate user onboarding and transition to the platform upgrade.

Cargo sprout has to monitor this document sharing on the portal.
