During my 8-month tenure as a UX Researcher at Samsung Electronics in Canada, I had the distinct opportunity to contribute to the Samsung Knox Suite—a suite of enterprise-level solutions designed to manage and secure mobile devices across various industries.

My role centered around bridging the gap between enterprise customers' needs and the product development team, ensuring that the solutions we developed not only reflect the voice of customer but also exceeded our clients' expectations.
